Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Received the wrong item or something damaged? We’ll sort it immediately. Email us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned, unless faulty.
